Intuition painting was new to me and I have been painting for some time. I have always used the principles of art which are; balance, emphasis, movement, pattern, rhythm, unity, and variety or contrast and I also use the elements of art which are line, shape, form, space, color, value, and texture. So to sit back and not worry about the elements or principles of design and look at my painting and letting it speak to me and then me responding with spontaneity was fun. I tended to work fast because the ideas given to me by my painting came quick! I loved the results.

The equivilent amount of priviate instruction would run in the thousands of dollars, and you can't put a price on the healing that occurs. :)
