By using this website, purchasing products, registering for an event, or participating in any Soul Journey Arts offering, you agree to the following terms.
Nature of Our Offerings
Soul Journey Arts provides creative, educational, wellness, and personal growth experiences that may include:
Art workshops
Retreats
Creative facilitation
Journaling and reflection activities
Digital products and resources
Music, videos, and creative content
Group gatherings and special events
Offerings may take place online, at private residences, on private property, at retreat locations, outdoor locations, rented venues, or other event sites.
Our offerings are intended for education, creativity, inspiration, connection, and personal exploration.
They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, legal, or financial services and are not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Personal Responsibility
Participation is voluntary.
You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and personal well-being and for determining whether an offering is appropriate for you.
Assumption of Risk
Participation may involve activities such as art-making, walking, movement, travel, group interaction, outdoor activities, emotional reflection, wellness practices, meals, overnight accommodations, and other experiences that carry inherent risks.
By participating, you voluntarily accept responsibility for those risks.
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Soul Journey Arts, Maria Rasimas, guest facilitators, volunteers, contractors, property owners, event hosts, and venue operators from claims, injuries, losses, damages, or expenses arising from participation in any offering or use of this website.
Certain events may require participants to complete additional waivers or agreements before participation.
No Guarantees
Every person's experience is unique.
We make no guarantees regarding personal growth, healing, transformation, creativity, business success, financial outcomes, relationships, wellness outcomes, or any other result.
Intellectual Property
All content created by Soul Journey Arts, including artwork, music, writing, journals, oracle cards, videos, courses, and workshop materials, remains the property of Soul Journey Arts and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
Photography
Workshops, retreats, and events may occasionally be photographed or recorded for educational or promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, please let us know before the event.
Changes and Cancellations
Soul Journey Arts reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any offering when necessary.
Any event-specific refund or cancellation policies will be provided at the time of registration.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
