It was a joyful collaboration with my son, who created the animation using my women watercolor art and brought it to life through video. Watching them move felt like seeing something that had lived in me for years finally stepping into the world. I wrote the lyrics and created the music using Suno. It was so much fun to create, I hope you enjoy it!

Gentle Medicine for Body, Mind, and Soul

This deck is an invitation to listen inward and remember that the body is not something we need to transcend — it is the doorway.

The Body Is the Portal — What If Cards grew out of my paintings of women’s bodies, a song and video I created, and a simple truth I keep returning to: the body holds wisdom, presence is the portal, and wholeness begins by listening.

These are gentle medicine cards — not to predict anything or tell you what to do, but to help you come back into relationship with yourself.

Each card pairs one of my paintings with a “what if” question designed to bring body, mind, and feelings back into alignment — toward presence, coherence, and wholeness.

This deck is rooted in my Four C’s practice:
Creativity, Compassion, Connection, and Coherence — and in the understanding that healing doesn’t happen by fixing ourselves, but by being with ourselves.

These are not fortune-telling cards.
They are not about answers.

They are about:

Inner listening and reflection
Integration and wholeness
